Little Gestures Mean Such a Lot

We've had such a lovely message from a customer in Spain.  Her order was very small but meant a huge amount to her and her son so it was a pleasure to be able to help them during this awful period.  

"Today we have received the bracelets. I told my son to look at where that package came from before opening it. Seeing him coming from Cambridge, his face lit up and a huge smile came out. When she has seen the bracelets and the postcard you have written her, her eyes have filled with tears. I have cried to see him with so much emotion. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the great gesture you have had. There are things in life that are not paid for with money and this is one of them. I have always thought that in life you meet many good people, and you are one of them.
